How nomination, verification and the badge actually work.

Who can nominate an HR professional?

Anyone. Colleagues, direct reports, the people they hired, or HR professionals nominating themselves. You do not need an account to send one in.

Is there a fee to nominate or get verified?

No. Nominating is free and so is verification. We do not charge anyone to appear on Best Work Culture, and paying us will not get you listed faster.

How long does verification take?

Usually 5 to 7 working days once the nominee has filled in their profile. We email them at each stage, so nothing happens without them knowing.

What happens after I am verified?

You get a public profile, a digital badge and a certificate. All three are sized for LinkedIn, email signatures and your own website.

Which cities in India does Best Work Culture cover?

Verified leaders in more than 35 cities so far. Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi NCR have the most, followed by Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai and Ahmedabad.
